Poweraire - Team Founded as a family owned and operated business over 25 years ago, Poweraire continues as a close-knit operation lead by CEO Harry Ellis and his son Michael Ellis who manages the daily operations as President. Management recognizes the need to hire and maintain the highest caliber of professionals in order to achieve it's goals. Therefore, the company typically provides individual incomes which are 5 to 7 percent above the prevailing local wage scale. In addition to base wages, the company offers all employees numerous bonus incentives which are tied to various operational milestones. Poweraire - Facility Originally operating from a 2,000 square foot facility in Fullerton California, Poweraire now resides in a 40,000 square foot, purpose built, location in Anaheim. We moved into to this location in November of 2000. Designed to meet our growth expectations, this facility will serve us well for many years to come. Poweraire - Customers With over 30 years of service in the fluid power industry, Poweraire has amassed an impressive list of customers. With an active account base of over 500 customers, Poweraire is poised for continued growth through the expansion of our focused business plan. Poweraire - Financial Through 25 years of prudent business practices, the company is well capitalized. All facilities, inventory and capital equipment remain un-leveraged. While many of our competitors are negatively effected by the recent economy, we are poised for additional growth, insuring that we can and will weather the storm. Terms American Express, MasterCard, and Visa are the preferred method of payment, but net 30 terms are available for Fortune 500 companies on all orders. Net 30 terms are also available to publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange for orders over $1000 (subject to credit approval). All orders with net 30 terms must be placed on a corporate PO. Corporate POs can be faxed to Poweraire at 1-714-871-7684. All other companies must pay by credit card or wire transfer. Wire Transfer All orders can be paid for with a wire transfer (some international orders MUST be paid for with a wire transfer, contact us for more information +1-714-660-0100). Choose "Wire Transfer" as your payment method at check out and instructions on how to make the wire transfer will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours. Your order will then be shipped once the transfer of funds is confirmed. Orders under $1000 are subject to a $20 wire transfer fee. Orders over $1000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 5% discount. Orders over $5000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 10% discount. Shipping To best serve our credit card customers who would like product shipped to an address that is different from their billing address, we can now process the order under the following guidelines: Order will be shipped to a local UPS Hub, where UPS will OK the ID of the person picking up the shipment. Shipping charge up to $125.00 will be waived since customer must drive to the UPS Hub directly. Our minimum handling charge of $7.99 will be the only handling charge.
