Poweraire Manifold System |

Our modular mini blocks are available in one, two and three station sizes. All three
mini blocks can be assembled in any order and in any length. All mini blocks can
be isolated to themselves or be common to any adjacent block allowing for multiple
pressures and multiple medias to be used in one single manifold.
Poweraire’s mini blocks and couplings are designed from chemical resistant high
impact strength polymers. Each mini block is assembled to one another using one
coupling, two 18-8 stainless steel dowel pins to resist block to block torsion and two 304 stainless steel coupling plates to resist both corrosion and tension. All
standard “Easy Change” fittings are precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and
clear anodized to resist corrosion. Modular manifold end caps come standard with
precision machined 6061-T6 aluminum and are clear anodized for corrosion resistance.
Both our “Easy Change” fittings and modular end caps can be special ordered with
303 stainless steel making a 100% corrosion resistant manifold package. All fasteners
used in the assembly of our standard modular manifold are 18-8 stainless steel for
strength and also to resist corrosion.
Combine vacuum, pressurized gas and low pressure liquid in a single manifold.
This saves you valuable machine cabinet space while creating a common mounting
platform for components of different size, appearance and function. These exclusive
and revolutionary features are found only on the Poweraire Manifold System. |

Both our modular and aluminum manifolds come equipped with patent protected “Easy Change” fitting technology. Standard fittings ranging from 1/8” - 1/2” NPT both in male and female configurations. Specials available upon request.
“Easy Change” fittings allow your components to mount closer to one another! There is no need to rotate your components into position with the “Easy Change” manifold. Simply wrench your valve, regulator or any other fluid power component onto our patented “Hex shape design” fitting and sealing “O-ring” and you are ready to go.
