CSV's are two hand anti-tie down controls that require no electrical connection. When used, these two hand controls provide safer press control operation of air presses, air driven drill fixtures, air clamping fixtures, cylinders, air or solenoid valves, or other industrial machinery.
With all of our two hand safety controls concurrent actuation of the recessed buttons generates a signal. Releasing one or both buttons immediately stops the signal, which cannot be regenerated until both buttons are again actuated concurrently. Operating pressure range of our press controls is 70 to 120 PSI.
Low Stress (LS) models of our two hand controls are for high production applications where operator fatigue is a concern. Needing only 6 ounces of force to actuate, LS press control units ease the stress on worker's hands and wrists, and greatly reduce the risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other repetitive motion disorders. Standard two hand safety control models require 18 ounces of force to actuate.
